  1. Gently place saffron threads in the hot water and let steep for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours). Place the saffron and water, mango, cheese, yogurt, honey and spices in a food processor and blend until smooth. Chill for 1 hour before serving topped with the toasted nuts.
