Mediterranean Broccoli Salad

- 1 lb. broccoli florets
- 1/3 lb. carrots peeled and cut into 1 in coins
- 1 cup canned cannellini beans rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup banana peppers thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
